Booking phases:

We only have 24 spaces available (19 + committee). If your booking is not completed and paid for by the end of the booking phase, or within 2 weeks of you making the booking, it will be cancelled and you will have to start again. Should you not book on in time before spaces fill, you can find out more about our waiting list below!

• 27/07/2026 19:00 to 24/08/2026 18:00: Main Bookings [£145.00]
  This is the Primary Phase of bookings. Bookings may re-open at a later date exclusively for people on our waiting list.
• 24/08/2026 18:01 to 06/11/2026 18:01: Edit Bookings
  Phase where those that have successfully booked on can edit their bookings if necessary.

If the event is full, you can join our waiting list here.

If spaces become available they will be given out on a first come first served basis. When a space becomes available, we will contact you by email. You will then have 24 hours to reply to confirm, otherwise the space will be offered to the next person on the list.
